Rock Your Sinuses Spicy Burgers

    3/4 tbsp Kosher Salt
    1/2 tbsp Black Pepper
    1/2 tbsp Lemon Pepper
    1/2 tsp Onion Powder
    1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
    1/2 tsp Chili Powder
    1/2 tsp Curry Powder
    1/2 tsp Ground Mustard
    1 lb Ground Chuck
    2 each Jalapenos, chopped
    3 cloves Garlic, chopped
    1/2 cup Bacon bits
    1/4 cup Worchestershire Sauce
    1/4 cup Steak Sauce
    Sliced Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Heat grill to Medium and lightly oil grate.

First, combine the kosher salt, black pepper, lemon pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, curry powder, and ground mustard together. Mix well into a well combined seasoning.

Add the ground chuck, chopped jalapenos, chopped garlic, bacon bits, Worcestershire sauce, A1, and a full tbsp of the mixed seasoning into a mixing bowl large enough to accommodate them all. Mix until all ingredients are fully combined. Form into patties of desired size and thickness.

Grill the meat until just at the desired temperature (at least 175 degrees F) and add two slices of cheese to let melt. Place on a bun with any desired additions and consume.
