Fight A Cold - Fruit Kebobs with Yogurt Dip

Cantaloupe, cut into 1 inch cubes
Strawberries, hulled
Kiwis, cut into 1 inch cubes
Seedless grapes
Bananas, cut into 1/2 inch slices
Dried figs, optional
Bamboo skewers
Low-fat vanilla yogurt


Thread cantaloupe, strawberries, kiwis, grapes, bananas, and figs on bamboo skewers.


Dip fruit kebobs into yogurt.
