Home Made Minestrone Soup

1 lb. Italian Sweet or Hot Sausage Meat (out of the casing)
1 lb. dry pasta, any kind you like (cooked and drained)
1 bag frozen chopped spinach
1 medium yellow onion (diced)
2 tbsp chopped garlic
olive oil
1 can light red kidney beans (rinsed)
1 can cannellini beans (rinsed)
1 can diced tomatoes (juice and all)
2 cartons NO MSG Chicken Broth
salt, pepper, basil, parsley to taste

brown the sausage meat in olive oil once the sausage is cooked, add the onion and saute for about 3-5 minutes add garlic add beans and tomatoes add chicken broth & spinach turn heat to medium low and cook about 30 minutes until chicken broth is hot. Season to taste add pasta and serve.
