Happy Anniversary SPAM - Old-Fashioned Pennsylvania Dutch SPAM and Green Beans

    2 32-ounce cans chicken stock or broth
    1 cup chopped yellow onion
    1 pound cut into 2-inch pieces fresh green beans
    3 packages ham-flavored concentrate (from 1.41-ounce package)
    1 12-ounce can SPAM Hickory Smoked cut into bite-size pieces
    5 cut into cubes large red potaotes
    2 teaspoons parsley flakes
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Heat 5-quart Dutch oven over medium-high heat; sauté SPAM Hickory Smoked in oil 10 to 15 minutes or just until it starts to crisp and brown around edges. Add onion; sauté 5 minutes longer. Add stock and ham-flavored concentrate; bring to a simmer, stirring frequently. Add potatoes and beans; cover. Simmer 10 to 12 minutes more or until potatoes are tender. Add parsley flakes; mix well.
