1 thinly sliced green pepper
4 split, buttered and toasted hoagie buns
1 12-ounce can SPAM Black Pepper, thinly sliced
1 thinly sliced onion
8 slices Provolone cheese
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 tablespoon divided vegetable oil
In skillet, heat 1 1/2 teaspoons oil over medium-high heat. Add onion, mushrooms and bell pepper; cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until vegetables are softened. Remove from skillet.
In same skillet, heat remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons oil over medium-high. Add SPAM with black pepper; cook 2 minutes or until golden brown.
Fill buns evenly with SPAM, vegetables and cheese to serve.
