No Peek Chicken

1/2 cups rice placed in the bottom of a buttered baking dish
Two cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
One whole chicken fryer cut into serving pieces
One envelope onion soup mix
1 cup milk

Combine soup and milk and add to the rice.  Arrange the chicken over the rice without overlapping.  Sprinkle soup mix over chicken.  Bake at 325°for 3 hours...  Without peeking.
