1 1/3 Cup of Flour
1 1/3 Cup of Whole Wheat Flour
1 Tablespoon of Baking Powder
2 Tablespoons of Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1 1/3 Cup of 2% Milk
3 Tablespoons of Canola Oil
In a mixing bowl, mix flours, baking powder, brown sugar and salt.
In another bowl, mix egg and canola oil well. Add the milk.
Add to the flour mixture, stirring to incorporate it well but do not over mix.
Put onto a lightly greased rectangular oven pan (approximately 2 inches high).
Bake at 375F for approximately 30 minutes.
