MINNESOTA HOT DISH version 2

4 to 8 big potatoes
1 whole regular can cream of celery or mushroom soup
1 to 2 cans tomato soup
3 stalks of celery, chopped
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 to 1/2 lbs. cheddar cheese or one can cheddar cheese soup
1 to 4 cups milk
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt

Slice potatoes and put in casserole. Brown ground beef. Add some chopped onions. Add rest of ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Makes 6 servings.
