5 Tilapia fillets
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 Tbsp minced Garlic
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (or more to taste)
2 tbsp. Parsley
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Coat a baking dish with cooking spray. Place the Tilapia on it.
Mix lemon juice, butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and red pepper in a bowl. Pour this mixture over the Tilapia and top with Parmesan cheese.
Place it into the oven to bake for 10 minutes at 425 degrees F. Serve with sprinkle of parsley on top.
