Turkey Porterhouse Steaks

8 slices of turkey porterhouse (turkey breast cut cross-wise with a bone in it, will resemble a porterhouse steak)
1/4 cup of peanut oil

Place the turkey steaks in a shallow pan or baking dish, and rub both sides with the dry rub. Let stand at room temperature for an hour. Preheat the grill to medium-high. Brush the steaks with peanut oil and grill 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Dry Rub

1 1/4 cups Hungarian paprika
1 tbs celery salt
2 tsp dry sage
1 tbs dry mustard
1 tbs ancho chili powder

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
