Two Bite Brat Sandwiches

48 Johnsonville Little Smokies
One 8-ounce jar coarse-ground mustard
24 small dinner rolls
2 small yellow onions, thinly sliced
24 slices of dill pickles

Cook the Little Smokies according to the package instructions.

Spread the mustard onto the bottom half of the roll. Add two Little Smokies per roll. Top with onions, pickles, and ketchup. Serve warm.
