Sweet Sugar Piglets in Honey Blankets
2 - 8 ounce cylinders of refrigerated croissant-roll dough
1 - 12 ounce package Johnsonville Brown Sugar and Honey Links, cooked
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Unroll the dough, and separate at the perforation. Place a sausage on each triangle, and roll according to the package directions.
With a pastry brush, spread the honey on the top of the croissants. In a small bowl, mix the sugar and the cinnamon together. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the honey. Bake according to the package directions.
