Christmas Tree Cheese Ball

2 pkg cream cheese, softened
3 bunches green onion, chopped to green
1 small pkg dried beef
Walnuts, chopped (optional)
Crackers

Remove edges from beef slices and tear beef into small pieces. Combine beef, onions, and cream cheese, mixing well. Shape into Christmas tree wreath or traditional round ball. Cover with walnuts.

Refrigerate for 24 hours. Serve with crackers.
