Christmas Peppermint Candy
1 pound white chocolate, chopped
3/4 cup crushed peppermint candy
1/2 teaspoon peppermint flavoring
In the top of a double boiler over hot (not boiling) water, melt white chocolate. Stir in crushed candy and peppermint flavoring. Spread on wax paper and cool. When hard, break into pieces.
