Ginger Pumpkin Parfaits

1 box (14 ounces) Pillsbury Pumpkin Quick Bread Mix
1 box (1 ounce) Jello instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Whipped cream
Cinnamon

Prepare pumpkin bread according to package directions. Cool completely and slice into 1-inch squares.

Prepare vanilla pudding according to package directions. Stir in ground ginger.

Layer pumpkin bread and ginger-vanilla pudding in parfait glasses or stemless wine glasses.

Top with whipped cream and dust with cinnamon.
