Lemon Tilapia with Olives and Shallot

4 tilapia filets
2 large lemons
1 large shallot, sliced
Garlic-Stuffed Green Olives, sliced

Fry the fish in a fry pan. Add juice of a lemon, along with as many sliced garlic-stuffed green olives as you would like.

When the fish is just about cooked through, add one shallot, sliced.

Serve with angle hair pasta or rice.
