Hamburger Hot Dish

1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup (or make your own...it will be better)
1 (16 oz) can of whole kernel corn
1 (16 oz) can of carrots
about a 1/3 of a soup can of water
mashed potatoes, cooked (as many as you'd like)

Brown beef and onions in a fry pan. Add corn, carrots, soup and water. Mix well. Put in casserole dish and place mashed potatoes on top. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes.
