Sauerkraut Hot Dish

1 small can of kraut
1/2 cup raw rice
1 pound hamburger, browned
salt and pepper to taste
1 onion, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup (or make your own...it will be better)
1/2 cup water

Mix everything together and bake for an hour at 350.
