GBP Brats

1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 green pepper, sliced
1 sweet yellow pepper, sliced
1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
1 medium onion, sliced
1/4 cup beer, optional
1 pkg. (19.76 oz.) Johnsonville Beer n Bratwurst
5 hoagie rolls


Preheat grill to medium-low. In a disposable foil pan, combine the oil, peppers, onion and beer. Place on the grill; saute until crisp-tender. Meanwhile, grill brats according to package directions. Serve brats on rolls; top with peppers and onions.
