Cornflake Cupcakes

4 tbs unsalted butter, finely diced
2 tbs light corn syrup
1 tbs light molasses
1/2 cup plain chocolate
4 cups Kellog's Corn Flakes
chocolate strands, for garnish

Place the butter, corn syrup, molasses, and chocolate in a large bowl. Heat for about a minute in the microwave. The butter should be almost melted. Stir until smooth.

Add the cornflakes and gently stir with a spatula, trying not to break the cereal. Stir until all the flakes are coated.

Spoon into a paper baking cup until each one is heaping.

Sprinkle the tops with the chocolate strands.

Chill in the fridge for an hour until they set. Store in an airtight container in a cool place for up to a week.
