Vancouver Games - White Cannellini Bean and Pancetta Soup

1 cup White cannellini beans (cooked)
100 grams Pancetta (roughly chopped)
1/2 cup White onion (diced)
1/2 cup Celery (diced)
1.5 liters Chicken stock
2 cloves Garlic (crushed)
30 ml Olive oil
to taste Salt and pepper
1 tble sp Butter (big cube)

sweat off the pancetta, garlic, celery and onion in the olive oil until tender

Add the chicken stock and slowly bring to simmer

Add the white beans and bring to a simmer, cook for 7 minutes

Add the butter and stir until melted, taste and finish with salt and pepper
